1) How do I know how much cake I need?

2) How much do your cakes/ cookies/ cupcakes cost?
Please refer to our pricing page. Please remember this is just a general information page. Love at First Bite will gladly work with your budget to ensure you end up with something perfect for your occasion AND your budget.
3) How early in advance to I need to make my order?
We appreciate atleast two week's notice before the event. This allows us ample time to create a custom design just for you. However, we do understand that sometimes you need a cake that is last-minute. If this is the case, do not hesitate to contact us and we will make every effort to work with your needs.
4) What forms of payment do you accept?
Right now Love at First Bite currently accepts cash, check or paypal payments.
5) Do you deliver?
Yes! We deliver to Dallas, Tarrant, Johnson and Ellis Counties. Delivery charges may apply depending on where we will be delivering.
6) Do you offer tastings of your cake?
Because we are a small bakery, everything we bake is made-to-order. This means, we normally do not have samples available on a daily basis. If you would like a tasting, an appointment must be scheduled. You will be given an iced 3-inch round cake. Tastings are $5 per flavor sampled and you can sample an unlimited amount of flavors.
7) How do I order a cake from Love at First Bite?
There are so many factors that go into the creation of a custom cake, cookie or cupcake order, so the most efficient way to discuss your event is to first email us. Please provide the following information and we will promptly get in touch with you:
- Date of event
- Delivery/ pick up time (and location)
- Event theme and occasion (baby shower, wedding shower, birthday, etc.)
- Number of people you will be serving
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Ideas or description of the design you are thinking of
